Dr. Ananth Kumar found the solution
To overcome this problem, according to Dr. Ananth Kumar, 10 days before the ripening of litchi, the litchi producing farmers should hoe around each litchi tree leaving 2 to 3 meters from the litchi tree and hoeing it all around. And according to the age of the tree, 2.50 grams to 1 kg. Irrigate by adding urea. Due to this, the maturity period of litchi increases by 15-20 days. Due to which the farmers do not have to suffer financially. And farmers get good price. This technology is proving to be a boon for litchi growers.
