Farmer Bradi Dangi, who is cultivating about eight to ten varieties of vegetables in a modern way, says that for the first time in the year 2002, cultivation of Broccoli, Red Cabbage and Lotus Cabbage in four bighas of land with modern techniques was done in the year 2002. Started cultivation from July to February. On the remaining land, he has also sown Bajra crop. By growing foreign vegetables and Bajra experimentally, he has earned an income of about four and a half lakh rupees. After this, he sowed crops in 15 bighas in July next year, so he has also increased his income.

According to the farmers, after preparing the land, they make a mud bed. There are many holes in their plastic rolls. Along with this, the weeds are removed and the irrigation system pipe is laid along with the roll. Along with this, seeds are also sown in them. After its germination, drop by drop of water falls from the hole made of pipe near the stem. His supply of vegetables is served in many hotels apart from Thailand, Myanmar and Bhutan. Apart from this, vegetables are being supplied to well-known hotels of Udaipur, Jaipur, Amer and other places.

Due to being a winter crop, food, medicine etc. are given in very less quantity in foreign vegetables. Due to the moisture of winter, there are no germs in it. Along with this, goat manure and cow buffalo dung manure are used more in these vegetables.
